A stablecoin's security question is not only whether the contract is correct but whether the peg survives the path an attacker would choose: minting against mispriced collateral, redeeming at a stale rate, or exploiting the asymmetry between how fast collateral can fall and how fast liquidation can act.
Real-world-asset systems add a permissioning and compliance layer on top, which introduces privileged roles whose blast radius has to be assessed rather than assumed benign.
